I was raised in a traditional family where silence often echoed louder than words. My childhood was shaped by the contrast between chaos and stillness, survival and sensitivity. But it was through this very contrast that I learned to listen deeply to emotions, to unspoken truths, and the quiet wisdom of nature and animals.
Over the years, I’ve moved through many spaces: radio broadcasting, corporate hospitality, marketing, pageantry, and now the healing arts. I became a mermaid swimming instructor trainer, a pet communicator, a movement guide, and the author of Whisper of Self: Love, Loss, Renewal : a heartfelt offering for those navigating emotional transformation and self-healing.
My path may seem unconventional, but it’s been deeply intentional. Each step has brought me closer to the work I now offer spaces where people can come home to themselves. Whether through breathwork, underwater embodiment, reflective storytelling, or mindful workshops for families and communities, I hold space with softness, clarity, and deep respect for each person’s journey.
At School of Thought Malaysia, I facilitate family-based experiences, support community gatherings, and co-create workshops that encourage presence, emotional connection, and healing from the everyday to the unseen.
I believe in the quiet kind of leadership, the kind that begins with listening, integrates both shadow and light, and finds strength in softness.
If my journey speaks to you, I welcome invitations for speaking engagements, healing collaborations, or just a meaningful conversation.
And if you feel called to begin your own inner return, Whisper of Self may be a gentle place to start.
